I was in Korea from August. 2005 - Sept 2006 teaching English. It's a good first job for those who just graduated, but I am ready to move on.

I was in Gangchon (sounds kinda like gong chone) in May 2006.

We went on a tandem bike and rode around some creek and up some mountains.

Unfortunately it rained a lot but we had lots of fun anyway.

This was taken sometime in June 2006, or was it July? It was when Korea was playing a soccer match against Brazil I think... During the World Cup games. BE THE REDS!! I stayed for the entire game , it started around 3am in Korea, and watched it on a giant screen in Sicheong a.k.a. City Hall(sounds like she-chung).

Here are some pics taken at a restaurant in in Hong-ik , we had some spicy chicken and rice dish. MMMM! We cook the meal at our table. First we eat the spicy chicken and then when we're done, they add rice to the flat stone pot. They gave us orange aprons so that our clothes don't get dirty.
